Our policy does not include refunds, nor returns. We only offer exchanges in exceptional cases.

At Nuraya Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our Returns and Exchange policy is designed to ensure that customers receive the correct products and that any issue with an order can be handled in a clear and efficient manner. We take great care in preparing and packaging every order, but in the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, we are here to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
We offer product exchange only if you receive an incorrect item in your order. Prior to any action, our team must first examine the incorrect item. To begin the process, you will be required to share clear images showing the products you received, including the incorrect item. This allows our team to verify the issue and confirm eligibility under our Returns and Exchange guidelines.
To complete your exchange request, we will require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, the item must remain unused and kept in its original packaging exactly as it was delivered. Maintaining the product in its initial packaging helps ensure that the item can be inspected properly once it is returned.
Please note that any incorrect item must be declared within three (3) days after delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for exchange. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be instructed to send the incorrect item back to us. The exchange will be processed once the returned item has been received and verified by our team.
After confirmation, a replacement will be arranged and you will receive the product that was originally purchased. The goal of our Returns and Exchange process is to resolve order discrepancies while maintaining the quality and safety standards of our products.
